David C. Megan and Thomas D. O'Shea formed Megan & O'Shea LLC in October, 2006. Prior to creating their new firm, they practiced for a combined 14 years at a large law firm in Boston, Massachusetts.

Susan K. Jansons joined the firm in April, 2007, after practicing for six years at another firm located in Boston.

The firm's practice focuses on all aspects of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and charitable planning.
